The short version
- We collect your email so we can tell you when Luvvo is ready. That’s it.
- We never sell it or share it with advertisers.
- No ad trackers and no cookies.
- Want it gone? Email hi@luvvo.app and we’ll delete it.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist, we store:
- Your email address.
- A short random share code, so you get credit when someone joins through your link, and the code of whoever sent you, if anyone did.
- Your country, which our hosting provider works out from your connection. We don’t store your IP address. It’s only used for a moment to stop spam.
- The date and time you joined.
Your browser also keeps a small note on your own device that you’ve joined, plus your share code, so the page remembers you. It never leaves your device, and you can clear it anytime by clearing your browser data.
We also count, anonymously, how people use this page: which slides were seen and for how long, whether the form was used, and roughly where the visit came from (like which TikTok bio link, the kind of browser, and the country). Each visit gets a random id that lives only in that browser tab and is gone when you close it. It isn’t linked to your email or to you.
Why we collect it
- To email you when Luvvo launches, and about early access to it. Nothing else.
- To keep your place on the waitlist and credit the people you invite.
- To keep the waitlist free of spam and bots.
- To see which parts of this page work, so we can make it better (the anonymous counts only).
We only use your email because you gave it to us. You can change your mind at any time.
Who helps us
The site and the waitlist run on Cloudflare, which stores the list and processes it on our behalf under its data processing terms. Cloudflare runs a global network, so your data may be processed outside your country. The anonymous page counts are kept with Cloudflare too, for up to three months. None of it uses cookies or tracks you across sites.
That’s the whole list. Nobody else gets your data.
How long we keep it
Until Luvvo has launched and you’ve had your invite, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. If Luvvo never launches, we delete the list.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Just email hi@luvvo.app from the address you signed up with, and we’ll reply within 30 days. If you’re in the EU or UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Kids
Luvvo is for couples aged 16 and over. Please don’t join if you’re younger.
Changes
If we change how we use your data, we’ll update this page and the date at the top. If it’s a big change, we’ll email you first.
